Agnes will lead you to the experience of the healing sounds and vibrations of different instruments including gongs and crystal bowls.

I would like to invite you to a series of 6 sessions of Kundalini Yoga where we will focus on the lower chakras.
We are going to work on our basic to get our energy flowing properly in order to first stimulate the energy circulation.
Experiencing the first sessions with a relaxed awareness of your body.
The basis of our body but also our sense of security, survival, self-acceptance, self-respect, wishes and desires, willpower, transformation from energy to action.
The first three chakras deal with the physical needs of the body and the basic needs of life. They focus on elimination and reduction.
We will work on a stronger foundation and enjoy the effects of our general well-being.
Working step by step on our spiritual development.
